Maena Thalor

Maena Thalor is the Elvish capital city, last city of the high elves in Aeberus and located on the northern shore of Moon Lake. Magnificent at its height, the city is built from silvery stone with tall and slender towers. It is said that the Library of Neremyne contains the largest collections of unique works in the known world.
